China Center for Children's Welfare and Adoption

The China Center of Adoption Affairs is the government agency responsible for processing all adoptions from China! Located in Beijing, the CCAA was established on June 24, 1996 by China's Ministry of Civil Affairs.

• As of February 15, 2011, the China Centre of Adoption Affairs changed its name into China Center for Children's Welfare and Adoption (CCCWA).
